Half Day Detecting Tour
These tours are usually run on Sundays or Mondays and as the name suggests are half day tours, that combine an hours basic tuition on subjects like geology and the equipment you will be using, followed by three hours in the field detecting.
You will be given a small piece of GOLD which is yours to keep along with anything else you find during your tour.
These tours are run on private property and you will have plenty of one on one time as we limit numbers to just four customers, a staff to student ratio of 2:1 is always applied. Morning tea is provided.
Start time is 9.00am and we finish at 1.00pm

Sluicing & Panning Workshops
Occasionally we provide four hour Sluicing & Panning workshops.
These workshops are designed to demonstrate how to set up your sluice, clasify your pay dirt, run your dirt, clean up the sluice and finaly pan off your concentrates.
